At Peace in Pressure, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy explains when refunds, exchanges, or credits may be offered.
1. Trading Cards & Digital Products
- Custom trading cards (physical or digital) are made-to-order and therefore non-refundable once production has started.
- If there is a printing error, damage, or quality issue caused by us, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
2. Merchandise (Non-Custom Items)
- Merchandise (e.g., apparel, accessories, posters) may be returned within 14 days of delivery if it is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Refunds (when eligible) will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
4. Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size or product (non-custom merchandise only), you may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds or returns:
- Customized trading cards (after production has started).
- Digital downloads (e.g., card images, collector editions).
- Items marked “Final Sale.”
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
