Athlete Revenue Share Agreement

Effective Date: September 28th, 2025

Purpose 

This Agreement establishes an exclusive partnership between Peace in Pressure (PIP) and Athlete for the creation, promotion, and sale of Athlete’s official trading cards.

Revenue Share & Payments

  1. Net Revenue = gross sales price minus production costs, shipping, taxes, and transaction fees.

  2. Distribution of Net Revenue:

    • PIP: 75%

    • Athlete: 25%

  3. Payouts are made monthly via Bank Deposit, with a sales report.

  4. Customer payments, refunds, and processing are governed by the PIP Terms of Service.

Responsibilities

PIP will:

  • Produce, distribute, and promote Athlete cards.

  • Provide sales reports and timely payouts.

Athlete will:

  • Provide accurate information, photos, and achievements for card design.

  • Promote their card(s) where possible.

Grant of Rights

  • Athlete grants PIP the exclusive worldwide right to use Athlete’s name, likeness, image, achievements, and biography (“Athlete Content”) to create, market, and sell trading cards.

  • PIP may create and sell multiple editions or variants (e.g., standard, foil, limited editions, champion series, etc).

  • Athlete retains ownership of their personal image and content. This license is in addition to the general license in PIP’s Terms of Service, which applies to all users.

Exclusivity

  • Athlete agrees not to make, sell, or authorize any trading cards or digital collectibles (including NFTs or variants) with another provider during the term of this Agreement.

Privacy & Data

  • Athlete acknowledges that PIP will process personal information for card creation, promotion, and payouts in line with the PIP Privacy Policy.

  • Athlete can exercise privacy rights (update, delete, or restrict data use) by contacting info@peaceinpressure.com.

Term & Termination

  • Agreement runs for 12 months from the Effective Date and renews automatically.

  • Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice.

  • PIP may terminate immediately if Athlete breaches this Agreement or PIP’s Terms of Service.

  • Final payouts due will be made within 60 days of termination.

Liability & Indemnity

  • PIP’s liability is limited as described in the Terms of Service.
  • Athlete indemnifies PIP against claims arising from unauthorized or inaccurate Athlete Content.
